Who we are

RFP Finder (https://rfp.task4it.pt) is operated by Dreamers & Heroes, Unipessoal, Lda (TASK4IT), Rua Ary dos Santos, n.º 5, 2.º esquerdo, 2925-061 Azeitão, Portugal. Contact: privacy@task4it.pt.

Dreamers & Heroes, Unipessoal, Lda is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and through the RFP Finder account.

What this service is

RFP Finder is a paid information service: a radar of public tenders for agencies and suppliers. It is not a tender intermediary. We do not submit bids for you and we do not charge a commission on awards.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a password stored only as a hash.
• Billing data: country, postcode and, if you ask for a company invoice, company name and VAT number.
• Order data: product (30-day access pass), amount, VAT treatment, payment status and the date access starts and ends.
• Payment data: the payment is processed by Revolut. We do not store your full card number on this website.
• Technical data: IP address (used to suggest your country), browser type and the cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
• Messages you send to contact@task4it.pt.

Why we use it

• To create your account, deliver the 30-day access and keep it available until it expires (contract).
• To issue invoices and meet Portuguese tax duties (legal obligation).
• To validate an EU VAT number in VIES when you ask for reverse charge (legal obligation and contract).
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and understand which pages are used (legitimate interest).
• To store non-essential cookies only after you accept them in the consent banner (consent).

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. You can ask us to delete it. Invoices and billing records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law. Server security logs are kept for a shorter period, normally no longer than 12 months. Consent records for cookies are kept so we can show what you chose.

Who receives it

We share data only with providers who need it to run the service: the company that hosts this website, Revolut for payments, and the European Commission VIES service when a VAT number is checked. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, plus the extra measures the provider applies.

Cookies

Essential cookies are required for login, checkout and to remember your cookie choice. Non-essential cookies are used only after you opt in. The list of cookies, their purpose and their lifetime is in the Cookie Policy linked from the consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or with the authority of your country of residence.
